Green peas – 500 grams
Oil – 2 tsp
Green chili – 2
Ajwain – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp

How to make Matar Paratha
First of all take wheat flour, sieve it in a utensil and add salt and oil to it and mix it well. Now knead this dough well with the help of lukewarm water. Now keep this dough covered for 15 to 20 minutes, so that it becomes soft.

On the other hand, prepare the stuffing of peas for the paratha. Peel off the peas and boil it so much that it becomes slightly soft. Now filter it and let it cool down. Now mix finely chopped green chillies and ginger in it. Cut celery, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder and green coriander and mash them well.
